    Default Can't Import Extensions

    I'm currently using Studio MX Mac and Extension Manager 1.6

    I just removed Studio MX 8 for Mac and replaced it with my older version
    Studio MX for Mac. I went to re-load my extensions for Dreamweaver (that worked
    fine with the older version of MX) and now I can no longer import them using
    Macromedia Extension V1.6. I downloaded a few freeware extensions from the
    Macromedia site to see if they would work and they also are not showing up as
    importable. You can see the icon for the extensions but they are not clickable.

    I made sure that I removed the new version of Extension Manger berfore I
    re-installed V1.6 so i'm really stumped.

    Please help!:confused;

    The issue is a bug in EM that for some reason stops MXPs from being selectable from within the browse dialog for installing an extension. However, you should be able to double click on the MXP files when outside of EM and be able to install the extension.
