You could try asking in the Reader Forum for some advice.
Make sure to provide to state what operating system you are using, what version of Reader you are trying to download and what the exact error message is.

Figured out the problem. It has something to do with Adobe Download Manager. I just unchecked the box for Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 and then checked the box to NOT use the Adobe Download Manager and it worked fine. Thanks.
