what can i do???
4. Issue: User ID/password authentication dialog appears on pure OS X systems
during trial product installation
Reason
This dialog box is only presented in two situations:
If the trial product is being installed by a user who does not have
administrator privileges.
If another installation of the trial product (which already exists on the
machine) is attempted by a user that has administrator privileges, other than
the original user who initially installed the trial product.
Solution
Administrator privileges are required to install the trial version. If you
have Administrator privileges, check to see if another user has already
installed the trial on the system.
