Can't link to images

Ok, so I bought Contribute 3 for ebay, I started to build the site and wanted
to insert some images. I found that my only option was to insert "from
website", the option "from computer" was grayed out.

So I set up a folder on my website titled "Images" and set the URL for the
image in Contribute to: [url]http://www.idealocal.com/images/logo.jpg[/url] and clicked
on "Test" all I get is "action canceled" and the browser dissapears.

Am I an idiot? or is something wrong? Should it even be this hard?

Frustrated, any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW: I have tried the help
section, tutorials etc., they all seem to be geared for Contribute but not the
special ebay edition.
