Can't make bullets, numbered lists or indent

When editing a page in Contribute 3, and I'm not in a table, all the editing
icons and menu items seem to work except bullets, numbered lists, indent and
outdent. These functions do work if I'm applying them to text in a table, but
not out of a table. This is true on two different machines, with two different
downloads of the program -- one of them downloaded today. I can't believe
Macromedia hasn't fixed this. Anyone know what's goinig on here? What's the
solution? Thanks!

Are you administrator? Publisher? Writer?User? There may be some restrictions
set by your administrator that he needs to check. If you're the administrator,
there's one less person to talk to, check the users and roles section to see
how restrictive the editing rules are. If too many are turned off, you will
only be able to edit text, not apply formatting (like bullets, outdents,
indents..) good luck

Thanks, but -- as I said, these formatting commands work in tables, but not
outside of tables. And we see the same thing as an administrator and as a
client. Seems like a bug to me. Do other people see the same thing, or not?
