    Default Can't open jpgs

OK, this has probably been covered a zillion times so flame away, but I've
tried the help resources and not found anything of use.

I have fairly simply needs and use the Adobe PhotoDeluxe Business 1.0 on
    W-98.
I've found that many of my jpg files give the error
"can't open due to a program error" when I try to open them. Can this be
repaired, and how do I stop it happening?
I've reinstalled the program to no avail. Any help would be greatly
    appreciated.
    Thanks

When you're saving the file, look for a box labeled "Preview". Change the
setting from what's showing. I had a similar problem for a while, but I
can't remember if the box is checked or unchecked. With only those two
options, just change it from what it is now.
