Can't open Layers Palette in Illustrator CS
Have just upgraded from Illustrator 9 to CS - Everytime I got to Window>Layers the appearance palette pops up instead of the Layers palette so I can't work in layers at all. Does anyone else have this problem, or what am I doing wrong?
