Can't print imbedded transparent GIF
I have an Illustrator CS document that I added a transparent GIF file to.
When I try to print the document, I get an error like "can't print image".
The resulting output is the whole document sans the transparent GIF. Where it is supposed to be is a white box.
Any suggestions on how to get around this problem ?

Re: Can't print imbedded transparent GIF
Got Photoshop? Save the Gif as a PSD and place it in the document. No idea why your problem is happening, but it's worth a try to get you going.

Re: Can't print imbedded transparent GIF
Or save as PDF and print from there. I believe it may have something to do with RGB/CMYK. A GIF is born as RGB, what about the artwork Illy helped you with?

If ya'all want to send me the file, I can see if I can print it to a printer here.
