can't publish...
help....
every time i go to publish it says 'the files are locked or there may be
permission problems"
the files are not locked on either the remote server or in my harddrive....
so my friend up loaded the info from his computer and apparently its all
changed but i cant see it in either safari or interent explorer.... i have
emptied the cache etc repeatidly and restarted browsers and computer after
too...
anyone had a similar problem ?
