can't set print quality in print preview (Epson)

We just got a Epson Stylus Color 1160 printer and the newest update for FH MX.
when I want to print (from FH) there is no way to set the quality of the print
or if it should be color or black/white in the print preview window. this can
be! I have working with FH 8, 9 and 10 for years as a graphic designer and
never had something like this. besides the font problems with FH MX (i won't
start on that subject) we are having this printing problem. i would be very
happy to hear if anybody has the same problem or better yet some advice.

What is your platform and OS? Have you downloaded and installed the latest
driver for that printer and your OS from the Epson web site? If you're in
Mac OS X, have you set up the printer in your Printer Setup Utility?
