Cant Update
Ever since I suggested to my client that he buy and use a copy of Contribute 3.
I have not been able to log into his site via FTP from my location. Could he
have accidently locked me out?
Also does Contribute 3 have a "Back up website" feauture?

"Backup Website" would typically be like a Copy and Paste entire Website
folder into some "X" location. Probably no but Yes.
Every website can have RollBacks Enabled.. Say 3 rollback versions are
enabled for a site, user has 3 versions of all the files of his website.

PS: If you want to take backup, just connect to your remote site using
FileZilla (FTP Client), connect to it and copy it and take backup.
