Can't update InDesign CS 3.0 to 3.0.1

I can't update my version of In Design CS 3.0 to In Design 3.0.1, I have selected the update option in the help menu, but it doesn't work, what can I do?

Go to Adobe's website and download the updater. Restart your computer
and make sure nothing is running in the background. Then launch the updater.

I have gone to the Adobe's website but i cant find the update for InDesign CS 3.0 to InDesign CS 3.0.1, there a many updates for the previous version, but no that one, where can i look for it?

That's odd. It was there.

Try the update again. This time tell it to update later. It will
download the updater to you computer and leave it there.

Restart your computer and launch the updater.
