can't update to Version 10 from version 8

Good morning,

I am on a Compaq Presario AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3300+,
2411 MHz/960 RAM, running Windows Xp Home Sp#2
and for some reason when I try to update my Shockwave Player to the current
v10 from v8 it is not happening.

Any ideas?

What is happening and how are you attempting to install the player? Be as
specific as possible when describing what is in fact occuring (any error
messages, describe the installation process behavior, etc.) and I'll do my best
to help you sort things out. Please also be sure to indicate what browser you
are using (IE, Firefox, other?).

Hi Thomas,

I think I have it cleared up. I guess I have been confusing 'Flash' Player
with 'Shock' Player. I have Flash Player (v8) and Shockwave Player (v10).

My son-in-law says both are on my computer so I guess I am okay.

I really appreciate you taking the time to offer your assistance. Maybe I
waited to long in life to take a crack at these computers ...lol
