Can't Upgrade from 7.0 Std to 7.0 Pro
Hello,
We have a scanner that was bundled w/7.0 Std, and we needed the ability to create PDF Forms, so we recently purchased the upgrade to 7.0 Pro. When installing the upgrade, we were expecting to be prompted to locate the Std version, but all we see is the typical registration dialog, where we are prompted to enter a serial number.
Canceling out of the dialog doesn't prompt us to loacte the Std version, and entering the Std serial number doesn't help either (wasn't expecting it to). Any ideas? Do we need to call Adobe support?

isn't there a serial number on the back of the cd jewel case? If not, call customer service.
