Hi there, let me start off by thanking you for reading this and hopfully
helping me.

So here's my problem. Recently i have been unable to watch movies on mozilla
firfox so i have been prompted to upgrade to a newer flash (flash 9). Easy
enough, i follow the instructions, download and install. Then i go back, and
find out that i still have flash 7 installed (version 7,0,19,0 to be exact).
So the second time through i decide to run the uninstall program that i also
got from the site, and retry intalling after a computer reboot. Now i can't
watch any movies that i was previously able to watch...so now i can see even
less than before. Also, i've tried upgrading internet explorer and that works
perfectly. Any ideas, hope, oppinions? Anything would be appreciated. Also,
i'm relatively tech savvy so don't wory about difficult instructions. Thanks
