Cartweaver 2...any feedback on this?
Hi,
We're looking at some e-commerce applications.
Has anyone had any experience of Cartweaver 2?
We've used JS's UltraCart II for a couple of projects, but this has required
quite a lot of "tinkering" to get it to do what we wanted it to (display UK
dates/times, customise the order confirmation e-mail etc).
We were looking for a product that would integrate easily into a site design
(UltraCart scores highly on that front), and that has a good support
network.
Any advice on a VBScript/ASP e-commerce solution would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
Nath.

Nathan
I has brief look at CW2 ASP version and have deloyed the CF version and
it is a very good product, that provides a complete solution. Having
said that though, there is one caveat that will limit its use in your case.
Their primary market is the USA and as such the State is very important
and is integral to the way that it calculates sales taxes and
shipping. If you are based in the UK this may not save you much time
over mods to UCII.

Re: Cartweaver 2...any feedback on this?
Hi Nathan;
Actually Cartweaver is quite international friendly. We have added the
ability to set a country as not having states. So if your country is set up
without states, the state field is hidden on the front end. Problem
Solved... :-)
If you have any questions feel free to contact me offline.
Thanks!

UK dates and times ? ? ? all you need to do is LCID 2057 (I think the
number might be wrong)
I have never had any problems there!!
