some times when i turn on my computer a popup go up and
it says

ccApp.exe - No Disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disc into
drive \Device\Harddisk3\DR10


is there any way to fix this?

ccApp.exe is part of Norton AntiVirus. the best thing to
do would be to contact Symantec/Norton to deal with this
