Equivalent of P within CorelDraw.
Nope can't do it like that.
You need to use the align palette or enter the values in the X and Y fields when the object is selected AFAIK.

There is a script at the Studio Exchange that might do what you need.

This isn't a bad script (it's based on one I wrote--those are my icon buttons<g>), but it probably won't work in InDesign CS. The site only lets you say "version xx and higher"--not "version xx only" when you post scripts.
