Centered in 'Weaver but not Internet...

I have a problem with centering using Macromedia 'Weaver. The image have placed
to be center appears centered under Dreamweaver but when I try to open under
Internet Explorer all my objects have been at the far right of the IE. Please
respond with anyhelp.
