Default CF 7 on OSX server

Can CFMX 7 be installed on Apache on an Apple Xserve OSX server as a deployment platform rather than test platform?

If it does then it will save get two birds with one stone

CF on OS X is not officially supported by Macromedia as a production
environment. Doesn't mean it can't be done, but it isn't supported, and
I'm not sure how the licensing would work exactly. In other words, if
you buy a license for Linux or Windows and you don't use the license on
a Linux or Window server, I don't know whether or not it's OK to use
this license number on an OS X platform.

Given that OSX is a BSD distro, wouldn't you use a UNIX license?
