When ever I add an input paramater to an ORACLE stored procedure, then go back and add the additional input parameter to the Cf query it does not recognize the procedure change?

(I.E.) I add one input parameter to my ORACLE procedeure:

PACKAGE CODES_MX:

FUNCTION BCP_Groups_ALL (i_sitecode IN TCMSXRGRP.SVC_PVR_CD%TYPE)
RETURN csGetResultSet
IS
csGroups csGetResultSet;
BEGIN
OPEN csGroups FOR

SELECT
SXR_GRP_SYS_NR, PRI_CTC_SYS_NR, ALT_CTC_SYS_NR, GRP_PGR_IR, SXR_GRP_NA,
SXR_GRP_PVR_SHT_TE, MGR_CTC_SYS_NR
FROM TCMSXRGRP
WHERE REC_EFF_END_DT IS NULL
AND BCP_IR = 1;

RETURN csGroups;
END;

Then I added the input paramater to my query.

<cfstoredproc procedure="CODES_MX.BCP_Groups_All" datasource="#ISM_database#" username="#ISM_user#" password="#ISM_password#">
<cfprocparam type="In" cfsqltype="CF_SQL_VARCHAR" value="KYLOU">
<cfprocresult name="Crit_Owners">
</cfstoredproc>

When I run it, I get:

Error Executing Database Query. [Macromedia][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-06550: line 1, column 18: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'BCP_GROUPS_ALL' ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored <br>The error occurred on line 5.

HAS ANYONE ENCOUNTERED THIS PROBLEM?
