CF5 and CFMAIL
Hi, im having a problem with the differences in CFMAIL and CF5.0 and CF6.1. I
have a cfmail tag that sends the username and password to the mail server. But
if soemone that has CF5, the tag errors out because Cf5 doesent support
username or password in CFMAIL. I created a CFIF statement and that fixed the
one problem BUT for some reason i cannot put a CFIF statement anywhere in the
cfmail tag. I have about 15 places where i send mail in my app and im not sure
the best way to script this without making double the code just for the CFMAIL
tags. Whats the best way to do a cfmail tag that will not send the username
and password if its on CF5.0 or older? Thanks Tony

Re: CF5 and CFMAIL
You can't make tag options conditional. You have to duplicate the CFMail
tag.
Sorry.
