CF5 Sybase - data access manager failed to initialize
On our Solaris Test server running CF5 we have Native Driver connections to
several test Sybase servers. During testing, our connections all work, but
when we tried to connect to a database that was down, we got an error, now all
our connections to any Sybase server do not work. We have tried stopping and
starting CF5 but that does not work. the error is: Error Diagnostic
Information Sybase Error Code = 0 Internal error: The data access manager
failed to initialize the Sybase environment. Now connections to Sybase servers
that did not go down no longer work! :( My idea is to restart the Solaris
server running CF5, but that cannot easily be done... I have tried building
new ODBC/Native connections to the Sybase servers but nothing works. Do I have
any other options before I try to restart the entire server? Thanks.

Re: CF5 Sybase - data access manager failed toinitialize

Apache used for some other application... So untill those are fixed... no
