cfdocument and session variables
Hi,
I am trying to output a page into pdf using the following code.
<!--- report.cfm --->
<cfhttp url="http://myServer/myAppFolder/myForm.jsp" method="get"
resolveURL="true">
<cfdocument format="pdf">
<cfoutput>#cfhttp.filecontent#</cfoutput>
</cfdocument>
pdf is getting created fine. But, there are jsp session variables in
myForm.jsp and they are not getting displayed in the pdf (Session variables do
exist at reporting time). Any ideas please ....
Thanks,
vmrao

variables exist. Your cfhttp request is not sending the same variables as
your browser would (for example JSESSIONID). You might need to pass those
variables to myForm.jsp also.

Re: cfdocument and session variables
Hi,
I tried <cfdump var="#session#"> before the <cfdocument> tag and it outputted
CFID, CFTOKEN, JSESSIONID, URLTOKEN but not the the session variables 'dn' and
'pn' I created in the jsp page. How do I get those session variables into my
cfm page and make sure <cfhttp> tag has access to them ?
Thanks,
vmrao
