CFM?
Stupid Newbie Question: I was trying to clone a calendar of events from a
d\site, and I saw pages ending in .cfm ... What is that and if I set up the
source in Dreanmweaver, what type of page do I create?

Re: CFM?
In addition to Ken Ford's statement, to work with CFM, you need to have Cold
Fusion application server set up and running on your machine.
What system architecture you are working with? And the exact version of
Dreamweaver you work with?

Re: CFM?
It's funny that someone asks this exact every few months it seems. A quick and easy "google" would've answered your question...

Re: CFM?
I actually did several "quick and easy" Google searches before posting my
question. All the y turned up after searching for "cfm", *.cfm" and ".cfm" were
pages having the ".cfm" extension. In no result did I see the term "Cold
Fusion".
Thanks for your patronizing response, Michael. You should run for office.

Re: CFM?
I'm not here for patronizing, but I do remember you yourself calling it a
"Stupid Newbie Question".
I did a search on google for ".cfm extension" and this came up on the very
first page. http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/cfm

Re: CFM?
Congratulations, Michael. Because I am new to web design, the preface to my
question was in part an attempt to deflect just such condescending remarks you
have made in both of the things you have written. If you think back into the
recesses of your memory, you too were new at this. I think it is
counter-productive to give neophytes a slap upside the head. It discourages
honest and candid enquiry.
