It seems that most people are having this problem in MX6.1 while we are having
it in CF 5. Yes, we're working in an old version, still :-(
We've been working in CF 5 for quite some time now(!) and went in cluster last
year (one webserver, two databases) but only got this problem recently. Odd!
Any ideas?

I'm having this same problem as well on a standard Win 2000 server. CF MX 6.1. Any advice would be appreciated.
