I know I'm behind the curve, but I'm trying to install the latest CFMX 6.1
Updater (the cumulative one) on my test server which is running 6.1
(6,1,0,63958). The installer runs through everything but finishes with a
warning that it did not finish successfully. The log file shows 1 NONFATAL
error, with the attached warnings in the output.

My CFMX services and IIS service are both stopped, so I don't know what
process could be holding the jrunsvcmsg.dll open, and I also don't understand
why there's a problem copying runtime or CFIDE, both directories exist where
they're supposed to.

After the installation finishes like this (7 times now), I fire up the
services, and it still shows the old version.

Will Macromedia provide any support on this, or is it a DIY deal?

Is the leap from 6.1 to 7.0 that great? Lots of code changes required or not?
