cfstat - where is it?
We have coldfusionmx6.1 and coldfusionmx7 installed on
Redhat linux with apache on jrun4.
I see references to cfstat in the documentation
but I do not find it anywhere.
Where is it? Does one download it as a
separate application?

Re: cfstat - where is it?
cfstat? I don't see it as a tag in the CFMX7 livedocs, nor have I heard of it. Do you have a link to reference from the documentation?

Re: cfstat - where is it?
Unfortunately, I don't have a /opt/cfusionmx/bin directory
since I have installed the JRun4 version which will allow
multiple verions of coldfusion and it installs
into /opt/jrun4 but /opt/jrun4/bin does not contain the
cfstat program.
Out of cruiosity on a test server I installed coldfusionmx7, just to
see what I would get, and sure enough, I see cfstat in
/opt/confusionmx7/bin.
What is the implication? Does it mean the cfstat
program doesn't work with the jrun installation
or is it an error in their installation?

Re: cfstat - where is it?
We're running the multi instance install at work. Let me check there and get
back to you. I would imagine availability within the \JRun4\servers\[instance
name]\[instance name]-ear\[instance name]-war\bin, or somewhere close to that.
I'll double check it all at the office and post again.

Re: cfstat - where is it?
Well, I'm not finding it at all within the multi instance setup. What exactly
are you trying to do? Have you looked at tools like SeeFusion or FusionReactor?
We use FusionReactor at work and it paid for itself the first day. Track memory
usage, current threads, long running threads, set up auto trapping for server
save, etc.
