Change a sounds tone (Ex. E to F) with ActionScript?
Hi!
For a project of mine, I'd thought of a plan to assign sounds to a lot of keys on the keyboard, so that you can play a sound when you press a key. It requires a lot of space to import various different sound files - one for every key - so I was wondering if you could change the tone of a sound by using ActionScript commands. (I think) it would save a lot of space if you can use one file for example, containing a C-tone, which you can move 'steps' up or down with Flash so that you would get other tones.
I don't know if this is possible and if it is how to create something like this, so any help would be nice :))
Thanks,
Bart

Flash is totally lack of any sound controls , beside playing it can't do actual audio editing .
