Change all pages at once? - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

Can i change all my pages of my website in just one of them? I wan't to be able to open the home page and add a button and have that button also appear on the products page and every other page i want it to show up on... Same with the header and what not. Is there a way to do this? Because i have around 20 pages or more that need a couple new buttons addedd to and i don't want to add one manually to each page....

The usual way to do this is to use Library items, Templates, or Server-side
includes. Each of these is well explained in the F1 Help.
