Default •*Change default "username" when .PDF isdone, possible?

    Hello -

I recently change of OS, and by the way change the way I configure all the macs of the studio.
Thus here is my question, is it possible to change the "default" name of the user in Acrobat (Distiller and/or Professional)?

Because I always have to open the .PDF and change manually the name.

Thank you, have a nice day…

Default Re: •*Change default "username" when .PDF isdone, possible?

    Hi Jon -

    Thanks for your time…
Well the name of the user as example 'Studio_6', but I would like that by default (when a .PDF is done) that is some thing more like 'Dimitri' (Speak better for a client).
NB. This without changing the name of the user of the Finder (Mac OS).

    Any idea and/or trick?

    Enjoy your week-end…

Default . Change default "username" when .PDF is done, possible?

Dimitri - I'm still assuming since you're not being specific. I assume
you mean the user name inside the PDF upon creation inside the File /
Properties (command-d) option? If so then you can change manually or via
a batch command under the Advanced / Document Processing option ...

If you mean inside the comments then this can be changed inside
    Preferences / Commenting /

    Hello Jon -

Well the 1st proposal is this one ( user name inside the PDF upon creation inside the File / Properties (command-d) option).
But I would like to not do it manually (or batch process).

Are you telling me that it isn't possible to do it by default?

    Thank you, enjoy your week-end.

You could in a workflow scenario whereby files travel through a process
    (hot-folders) etc.
