Hi there!

I wonder if this effect ([url]http://www.illustratortechniques.com/gallery/view/image/133#[/url] Wait until fully loaded, then move cursor over image) can be done within a PDF document. And if so, can I create such a PDF via Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign?

The technique is to use buttons and an action called Show/Hide fields. You can create it either in InDesign or in Acrobat Professional. You might try a web search to see if you can find a tutorial.
