Change user role from "Publisher" to "Administrator"
Have three users on a particular website - all need to be "administrators".
Two are listed as administrators (one of which is me), the third is listed as
a "publisher".
How can I simply change this person to be an administrator?

Create a new connection key with the role of administrtaor and send this to
your publisher. He/she will replace the old connection with the new one, and
you can delete the user from the publishers roles.
