Changing a document from reader's to printer's spreads
Is there an easy way to do this? I want to have page 8 and page 1 next to each other on the first spread, page 2 and 7 on the next, and so on. Right now the file is set up as reader's spreads, and page 1 and page 8 are both sitting alone at the beginning and end of the document, respectively. The only way I've been able to move the pages like I want to is to click on the thumbnail for each page in the document and manually make it start page numbering at the page number it's at, and then move the pages as needed. But I was wondering if there is a simpler way, just in case I need to do a long document. Maybe there is some plug-in?
Thanks.

Re: Changing a document from reader's to printer's spreads
It is always best to let the printer do this. just give them a PDF as single pages.
If you are printing this yourself use the inBooklet SE if you have CS2
If you have CS1(ID3 ) you need the Pagemaker Plugin Pack (which is no longer available)
or you can use a script. the script can be used with ID2 or ID3

Re: Changing a document from reader's to printer's spreads
Okay, thanks. I am on CS, so yeah, I guess that Pagemaker plugin would have been helpful. I don't know scripting at all. So I guess, given my limitations, the way I did it was the simplest route then. Cool.
