    Default Changing Document Size

So after creating a really nice flash project I need to make my document size bigger while keeping everything centered. Of course when I make it bigger using the properties it adds the size bottom and right. There's gotta be an easy solution for this I'm sure but I'm still a rook.

    thanks

    Default Re: Changing Document Size

As far as I know there is no easy solution :(. In cases like this I usually
use the "Edit Multiple frames" to select everything and move it...

I suggest using the arrow keys and remembering exactly on how many "steps"
you moved the first part (if you have more than one scenes).

It could be really messy at the end, for example if you forgot some locked
layers... So better save a backup first...

If there is an easier way to do that... I really would like to know it
too... but I've just checked on the macromedia site and seems they suggest
absolutely the same... At least you can see it step by step there... ;)

    Default Changing Document Size

under the modify menu, theres a "Document..." option (in flash pro cs5.5, its the first option there)
if you click it, you can modify height and width, as well as background color. its very useful!
