changing local root folder
Totally newbie here -- sorry for the dim-bulb issue.
I have my current local root folder on my C drive. I bought a new external
hard drive and want to move my local root folder to the new hard external
drive. Easy as pie, right?
I copied the existing local root folder to my new external hard drive -- then
went to 'Define Sites' and updated that section that pertains to my site.
However, when I try to update, I get a a pop-up window with the following
message "WARNING: The selected folder does not contain the current site's home
page. The site map cannot be built"
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Anyone out there who might be able
to assist? Thanks a million.

Overthinking this alert? It's a red herring.
In DW's Files panel, right click on your desired home page and Set As Home> Anyone out there who might be able

Page.
Who builds site maps, anyhow? 8)
