Changing margins on pdf documents

    Default Changing margins on pdf documents

    I need to change pre-set margins on pdf document. I cannot print document as viewed because it defaults to pre-set margina. How can I change?

    I know if I try really hard I can come up with a good "pre-set margina" joke.

    I'm not really sure what you mean by "pre-set margins." Do you mean you want to change the page size of a PDF? Please give more detail, perhaps a narrative of the steps you're taking and what you'd like them to do.

    I have a pdf document that prints 1" from top and would like to move it to 1/2" from top if possible.

    Use the crop tool to take .5" off the top.

    The other thing that effects the size and location of the PDFd page on your paper is the "shrink oversized pages to page size" check mark on the printer dialogue box.

    Use the crop tool to take .5" off the top.

    But it already is set on 0 inches so i cannot reduce this further and yet the printouts always have massive borders around them making text and images too small.
