Changing scale/size of a placed image
I am wondering how to change the scale (ie: scale something down) of an image I place in an InDesign document.
Tried doing this the same way as is done in Pagemaker. (Put mouse on corner of image, hold shift key, and then change the size with the mouse.)
For some reason though, in InDesign when I do this, instead of the image changing SCALE size, the image just gets cropped. So, how to I do this in InDesign?

Re: Changing scale/size of a placed image
Use the direct select tool (the hollow arrow) to select the image rather than its frame.
To manipulate both at once, check out the options in the drop-down menu of the transform palette -- particularly the "Transform Content" switch.

Re: Changing scale/size of a placed image
Hold down Control and Shift and drag a corner ... similarly to PageMaker.
