Characters looking jumbled when printing
Hi Guys, we have recently sent a pdf file to a client which opens up fine for us and prints for us, when the client opens the file it looks great on screen but when it prints some of the characters change to upside down m's or some of the text section print out all A's or or L's, they are having the same problems with other peoples pdf files too, they are using windows 2000 and acrobat 5.0, when they move the file to someone else's computer it prints fine from that one, could this be a driver issue???
Thanks in advance

Re: Characters looking jumbled when printing
Could well be a driver issue or it could be that the font in the PDF is not embedded. Check under the Documwent Properties of the PDF to check the latter and check for updated drivers for the printer.

Re: Characters looking jumbled when printing
In order to determine whether or not it's a driver issue print the pdf as image.
If that works, it's likely going to be a driver issue.
