    Default Characters with punctuation disappear

Please let someone help me with the following issue:

    I discovered a bug in Freehand 11.0.2:
We send our Freehand postscriptfiles to the latest version of the Distiller
and all characters in my document which have a punctuation mark (?, ?, ?, ?, ?)
    disappear in the PDF.
Now I need to switch back to version 11.0
Can someone give me an advice, a useful tip, or a workaround?

    Kind Regards,
    Bert Groeneveld

Default Re: Characters with punctuation disappear

We had a problem with this when using Suitcase and Freehand MX and commonly
    used fonts (Times, Helvetica, etc.)

    1. Edit your printer PPD (TextEdit) and remove its list of embedded any fonts,
this will force it to download needed fonts
and not conlfict with printer's embedded font set.

    2. Remove font from Extensis Suitcase and put it into your "User" Fonts folder
