Chinese font support
Hello. Does anyone know if Freehand 10 supports Chinese fonts. There is a
user here that has the Global IME for Chinese installed and is trying to
copy some Chinese characters that are using the simsun font from an Outlook
e-mail into Freehand but it keeps wanting to subsitute the font for arial.
Does Freehand 10 support unicode fonts? And if so, how do I make this work.
I have searched the support page at www.macromedia.com and it looks like it
does not. support language kits.
"Freehand cannot be used in conjunction with a Language Kit (Macintosh) or a
language setting (Windows). This kind of system configuration allows users
to type text in languages which do not use the Roman (English) alphabet or
other Roman characters."
Does this mean that I have to buy the Chinese version of Freehand?
Thanks!

Re: Chinese font support
You have to use a chinese version of FH. We must keep urging MM to support
Unicode. Use Illustrator for Unicode projects if you can

Hope they will implement that in the next version.
Send your request to MM.
