Choice of CFMX development environment - Coldfusion - Getting Started

For those new to CFMX development, could someone advise on best choice of a graphical development tool/enviornment for ColdFusion 7.0, particularly for those who are not seasoned developers, but wish to tap into Access/SQL databases. Also, is there any an easy-to-use tool for managing the building of forms?...

Personally I use Dreamweaver and I think it is an excellent choice for
someone just starting out. It has a nice combination of features for
    both beginners and experienced developers.

I think that CFEclipse is not so good a choice for beginners. Particulalry
seeing as it has next to none of the design like features DW has and offers
not much to compensate this by way of decent programmers tools. Still, for
existing Eclipse users or programmers, its a good choice.
