    No, but you can punch a circle shape or paste an image inside a circle.

    Hi, David!
    If you're working on a bitmap, you can draw an oval marquee around the area you wish to keep, then click MODIFY>MARQUEE>SELECT INVERSE (in FW4), or SELECT>SELECT INVERSE (in FWMX)and hit delete to get rid of the surrounding stuff! But, as Linda suggests, you may find "Paste Inside" a better option.
