clarity in typeface
How to avoid transparent edges in text? The text I create always seems to have a transparent edge, making the text image look fuzzy. If I turn off "anti-aliasing" the text turns solid, but with jagged edges. Any suggestions?

And remember that for truly crisp text Photoshop is not the right place
to set the type - use a layout or illustration app instead, so the text
will remain vector rather than raster.
