client has baffling problem w/websites - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

My client has two websites with a link on each homepage to the other. He says the links don't work in PC IE and AOL browsers...he gets a blank page with the word "done" in the lower left. On my Mac, they work fine in both Safari and Camino with cleared caches. Any ideas on what's going wrong for him? They're pretty simple URLs and look fine to me....

It looks like this homepage was the problem:

    http://www.uvm.edu/~techtran

It uses a JS add-on for creating random image display, and the developer told
someone else that it was caused by a "!" automatically inserted at the end of
    the JS code.

The other guy removed that and it worked for him. I think it worked for me,
too, but it would be great if you could check that the page displays in PC IE.
