Default Client-side Totalling

On my web page, in a datagrid, are a bunch of textboxes.
I want to keep a running total as the user changes the
numbers. It a fairly large page, so I don't want to keep
hitting the server.

Is there a way to use, clientside, an 'onTextChanged'
type function? How?

Default Re: Client-side Totalling

Hi Tobe,

I would take a look at the RegisterClientScriptBlock method
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpref/html
/frlrfSystemWebUIPageClassRegisterClientScriptBlock Topic.asp) and the
possibility of using it in the ItemDataBound event of the DataGrid to set
the onchange event
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/author/dhtml/re
ference/events/onchange.asp) for the textboxes.

Good luck!
