Clients to login to retrieve file with email alert

I need an extension that would allow me to have a place for clients to login
and it would send them to a place for them to download a file or group of files
that belongs to them only. Once they visit that page it would then send an
email to me showing that they had visited that page or had downloaded that
file(s). Any ideas of an extension or group of extensions that would work for
this? Thanks in advance!

The predecessor to Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolkit, Kollection contains
a Download file serverbehavior that allows limiting the number of downloads,
it allso contains a Send email Serverbehavior, however please do check with
Adobe that these are still available with ADDT.

Both the "Download File" and the "Send Email" server behaviours are available with ADDT
