Clone problem, samples from "+" instead of my mouse cursor
Using PE 2.0, Win XP
I already reset prefernces with cntrl alt shift.
I tried cloning with aligned off and on and it doesn't matter. I get
sampling
from wherever the + is instead of my mouse cursor.
To sample, I click the clone tool then hold the alt key, then left
mclick my mouse. I release then hold left mouse button down. Then, the
+ symbol shows up and whatever it is on is what clones rather than
where my mouse cursor is.
PLEASE HELP.

PE "Missing Clone Stamp"
As a new user of Photoshop Elements, please excuse my ignorance but I don't seem to be able to locate the Clone stamp! Anyone help?
