Clone tool
When I try to use clone tool I get an error message "Could not pattern stamp, because pattern has not been defined". Condition developed in the middle of a job after working OK. Tool now won't work on any other job. How do I clear this problem?

Clone Tool
When I use the clone tool, only the brush is displayed until I press the left mouse button. Is there some way to display the source cross hairs before the left button is depressed? Or else, is there some way to prevent cloning until the source cross hair appears?
