Closing/terminating a browser-based review
What is the proper (or recommended) way to end a browser-based review? In other words, all the reviewers who were supposed to leave comments have done so, and the initiator wants to consolidate/save the comments for archiving and clean up the server.
Clicking Save and Work Offline simply saves a copy of the PDF with all comments up to that point. That's perfect for archiving, but what about the PDF still on the WebDAV server and the comments repository? Do those files have to be deleted manually? Or is there a procedure the reverse of Send for Review that cleans everything up?
I'm guessing the comments repository with those cryptic folder names was not designed for manual deletion, so I hope there's a more structured method.

Re: Closing/terminating a browser-based review
*Somebody* will be the last person who posts comments.
After this - you have the ability to merge comments.
At this point - it should be the initiator of the review who will have
permissions to remove the document / fdf / hashing / - since they
originally had access to upload
Adobe have not enforced a rule on how and why - just what works for you
